The situation

What I did

  1. Audited ad accounts and budgets across Meta and Google.
  2. Uncovered inefficiencies and exposed untapped profit sitting in the existing spend.
  3. Implemented reliable tracking (Triple Whale).
  4. Established the metrics that actually matter: ROAS, CAC, LTV, and replaced guesswork with numbers the team could trust.
  5. Moved steering to e-commerce KPIs: break-even ROAS, MER, and blended CAC vs. LTV. That was the turning point, with full transparency, budgets could scale deliberately and profitably.
  6. Rebuilt Meta and Google as a full-funnel strategy, restructured and tested across every stage of the customer journey.

The result

Clean tracking, the right KPIs, and a full-funnel structure: the shop now scales without sacrificing profitability. Volatile revenue turned into predictable, sustainable growth.

In full-year 2025, gross revenue climbed to $3.6M (+67%), driven by 18,651 orders (+62%). After returns and discounts, net revenue landed at $2.84M (+68%).

The momentum is holding: H1 2026 gross revenue is already at $2.24M (+50%) on 11,429 orders (+49%) vs. the same period last year.
